The conditions for carrying out activities relating to the organization and sale of travel or stays are determined by the Law on the Development and Modernization of Tourist Services, Law No. 2009-888 of 22/07/09. These conditions of sale apply only insofar as they are not supplanted by the clauses contained in the special conditions of sale of the host itself.
Terms of Sales
Article 1: RESERVATION / DEPOSIT
The booking will be validated only upon receipt of the signed contract accompanied by the deposit within 10 days from the date of the option. The reservation commits the customer to the payment of the total amount of the price of the stay. Amount and provisions for payment of the deposit: The deposit is fixed at approximately 25% of the total amount of the reservation (its specific amount for your file is specified in the document above). In the case of a reservation less than 30 days before arrival, payment of the entire stay will be requested upon booking. The customer may use the means of payment of his choice. For a last minute reservation, less than 7 days before arrival, the full payment of the stay will be requested upon booking and must be done by credit card. Once the payment has been received, a confirmation (detailing the reservation and the amount of the balance) will be sent by e-mail, or by post if necessary. For any payment by check, please make the check payable to the central booking office. Attention: any dispute about one of the elements of this confirmation, must be brought to our knowledge within the 6 days following its reception. After this deadline these claims will be declared inadmissible.
Article 2: BALANCE & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The balance of the stay must imperatively be paid to the central reservation 30 days before your arrival, without reminder from us. No delay will be tolerated under penalty of cancellation of the file and not refund of the deposit. The person making the reservation (in whose name the file is drawn up) is the sole contact and responsible vis-à-vis the reservation center, in particular financially.
Article 3: FEES
For each reservation, the reservation center receives 10 € of application fees (see table above).
Article 4: ARRIVAL
The keys are handed over the day of your arrival, directly to the host, at the times indicated above. For any arrival outside the times indicated, the tenant has to warn imperatively and as quickly as possible the host and the central booking. Without prior special agreement, the central reservation can not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the keys. In the framework of an all-inclusive stay (accommodation + additional services) the client must present himself at the Tourist Office on the day of his arrival to obtain the packages and other possible vouchers.
Article 5: SECURITY
A deposit will be requested by the host during the delivery of the keys. The amount of the latter is set freely by each host and can vary from one to the other. It guarantees the breakage, deterioration and cleanliness of the accommodation at your departure. The deposit will be refunded by return of mail within 15 days after departure, after deduction of any damages observed after inventory and inventory. If this deposit proves insufficient, the tenant agrees to pay the sum necessary to pay the expenses incurred.
Article 6: DEPARTURE
The departure of the tenant must be done in the morning before 10am. The renter must imperatively make the accommodation suitable for his departure. Please note that the fact of subscribing specifically to an end-of-stay cleaning option does not exempt you from washing and storing cutlery and emptying the garbage (see special conditions of sale of the host). Throughout the stay the client agrees to respect the rules of procedure and to make a peaceful use of the accommodation and its equipment.
Article 7: STAY TAX
The guest must pay the visitor's tax to the host during the handing-over of the keys. This fee is not included in the rates offered by the Booking Center. Its scale is fixed by municipal by-law, for the benefit of the municipality. It varies from 0.75 € to 1.50 € per day and per person over 18 years depending on the type of rental.
Article 8: ANIMALS
All tenants accompanied by an animal must have obtained the agreement of the reservation center and the host prior to signing the contract. Some hosts accept pets only on presentation of an anti-rabies certificate and / or for a supplement (see special conditions of sale of the host).
Article 09: CAPACITY OF ACCOMMODATION
The contract is established for a specific number of persons. The modification of the number of persons, after reservation, must be authorized by the host, in agreement with the reservation center.
Article 10: PHOTOS AND ILLUSTRATIONS
The best efforts are made to provide photos and illustrations giving the customer an overview of the services offered. The purpose of these photos and illustrations is to inform the customer
