This flat is located on the top floor of the residence with lift:
- An entrance
- Kitchen / living room area: the large common room combines a sitting area, kitchen, and large dining table. The large windows of the chalet will allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. The warm decoration will make you spend good convivial moments with family or friends.
The sitting area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and board games are available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a raclette machine, fondue set, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer space, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, as well as a complete set of dishes and utensils for 10 people.
- The 4 bedrooms are spacious and furnished in Savoyard style (wooden furniture). They are arranged and equipped as follows:
Bedroom 1 (upstairs): 2-person bedroom with a view of the Beaufortain, TV
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 2-person bedroom with a desk
Upstairs, for bedrooms 1 and 2: bathroom with bathtub and toilet
Bedroom 3: 3-person bedroom (bunk bed - 2x 1 place and 1 single bed), with TV
Bedroom 4: 3-person bedroom - double bed and double bed in a loft)
For bedrooms 3 and 4: bathroom with shower
- Washing machine / dryer
- The terrace: The 15m² terrace will allow you to enjoy sunbathing thanks to its southeast orientation. The elevated view of the Beaufortain valley is magnificent. In summer, you can have lunch on the terrace and enjoy the sun.
- The ski room: The slope leading to the ski lifts is 100 meters away.
You can therefore ski directly to and from La Perle des Alpes. You will appreciate the Ski Room to store your equipment upon your return.
