Day hike from Les Saisies on snowshoes

Presentation

This day starting from the Col des Saisies will allow us to gain altitude on the resort via Mont Bisanne. We will then continue our hike by the Croix de Coste, a place far from the ski area. Finally, we will finish our hike with a descent that will take us to Bisanne 1500, where we will take the free shuttle for a return to the Saisies.
 
Every Friday.
 
Departure: 9:30 in front of the Aquatic center, Le Signal, at Col des Saisies. 

Level / physical effort: Average (intermediate level). Exit of about 4-5 hours of effective walking with 400m of positive elevation gain.

Supervision: The group consists of 4 to 10 people maximum, provided by a qualified mountain guide.

EQUIPMENT FOR THE DAY

Picnic
Snowshoes and sticks (not provided by the escort)
Pairs of warm shoes suitable for snow
Warm things: fleece, down jacket, gloves, hats
Sunglasses, cap, sunscreen
Waterproof/ Windproof jacket
Warm hiking pants (or with tights)
Gaiters (recommended)
Hiking bag (minimum 30 liters)
Water bottle (minimum 1L)
Cereal bars / snacks
