Alpine chalet with sauna, 600 m from the Bisanne 1500 station connected by chairlift to the Saisies / Espace Diamant area (192 km of slopes). Les Saisies family resort 5 km away with its Nordic area labeled 4 Sapins Site of Excellence (120 km of cross-country and skating trails), water sports area and a range of summer and winter activities including hiking, mountain biking routes on this preserved territory between Beaufortain and Val d'Arly.
Access to the chalet via a stony, passable alpine path of 300 m (including 50 m steep) located on a southern slope with a panoramic view of the massif. Parking in front of the chalet for 2 cars depending on snow conditions, otherwise, public parking 600 m away. Private and heated ski room (skis and boot dryers) in a sports store in Bisanne 1500. Grocery store in Bisanne 1500 or in Les Saisies during the summer and winter season, supermarket with service station in Villard sur Doron in 10km.
Individual chalet on 3 levels. Ground floor: entrance, laundry room, bathroom (sauna), separate WC, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm; 2 bunk beds for 1 person). 1st floor: living room-kitchen-lounge (TV with satellite dish), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) and private bathroom (shower), separate WC. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 cm), mezzanine with empty living room and a "cabin" style alcove area on the underside (2 double beds on the lower side), a bathroom (bath and WC ).
