Balcony. Sheltered terrace + land. Skiing Hauteluce 1650 Val-Joly / les Contamines 700m, Hauteluce / les Saisies Espace Diamant 6.5km, les Saisies 13km. Access to the gite in the summer by 30m of gravel road suitable for motor vehicles. In winter, the path is cleared of snow on a part, we park 30 meters from the entrance to the gîte.
