Meeting: at 9:30 in front of the Le Signal aquatic center. Return around 12:30.

Prerequisites: Be equipped with snowshoes and walking sticks. If you have heart problems, hypertension, kidney problems, it is advisable to ask your doctor’s opinion before practicing.

Level / physical effort: Easy and suitable for beginners (racket levels like yoga). About 50m of altitude difference over 2km. 3h of outing including the approach walk on snowshoes, the time to undressing and dressing again, explanations, the practice in a swimsuit for 30 to 45 minutes, a tea on the return walk.

Supervision: The group is made up of a maximum of 5 people, provided by a state-certified mountain guide and certified yoga teacher.
